What does a typical day look like for you at Polyco?
Every morning, I hit the ground running responding to emails, customer adjustments, new orders, trucking issues, logistics matters, basically anything and everything that comes up. I’m the one customers contact to make sure everything goes accordingly.
What do you like most about working at Polyco?
The people. We’re pretty tight knit here and have a good relationship with people at the plant. To be able to joke around and laugh throughout the day is always something that makes work enjoyable.
What excites you most about Polyco?
I really love our green initiative. It’s not really something you hear about all the time in our industry. I really enjoy learning from the brilliant minds that are behind all the production and technology that we offer. And I know it’s going to take us to the edge of the universe.
Why is sustainability important?
The world is moving towards greener options. Polyco can show that we do care for the environment and for our future. And a lot of people at the company have children and they want to build a brighter, greener future for their kids. So I think it’s just important to be able to follow that trend and to show that we care about this place that we call home, which is the Earth.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I do spend a lot of time with my family. We like to have bonfires and barbecue. I’m a bit of a social butterfly who likes to fly around and see everybody as much as I can.
