How you will impact U.S. Polyco:
U.S. Polyco’s operations department is the core of our production’s success. The Assistant Operator is required work under the authority of the Team leader’s directives, coupled with the Operators guidance. The Assistant Operators, must follow all Safety guidelines and standard operating procedures, they will assist in unloading raw materials and loading finished goods. They will be responsible for monitoring equipment gauges, product temperatures, tank levels, and assisting the Operator in transferring the proper amount of products from tank to tank.
What you need to Succeed:
The Assistant Operator must be capable of being trained in a broad aspect of process technology and finished product testing. The Assistant Operator, will have to demonstrate this knowledge through a written test as well as a hands-on review.
All Operators must be capable of being fully trained and understand the safety guidelines of operating industrial lift trucks (forklifts). The Assistant operator will perform housekeeping, sanitary duties, focus on maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and assist in maintaining company equipment. All operators at US Polyco, Inc. must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and climb to elevations up to 40 feet.
