How you will impact U.S. Polyco:

U.S. Polyco’s operations department is the core of our production’s success. The Team Lead is required work under the authority of directives handed down by the Operations Leader. Team Leads must follow all Safety guidelines and standard operating procedures, they will monitor operations/production on their shift, delegate to daily production requirements to Operators, assist in unloading raw materials and loading finished goods. 

What you need to Succeed:

 The Operator must be willing to perform tasks outside of this description such as general housekeeping, sanitary work, routine equipment maintenance, and data entry. Operators, must possess basic computer knowledge including the use of Microsoft exchange, e-mail, and word formats.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential duties.

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and climb elevations of up to 40 feet.

• Minimum of 1 year in related field of production.

• Ability to read write and understand the English language.

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Willing to participate in classes/ courses to further education in certain areas.
