How you will impact U.S. Polyco:
U.S. Polyco’s operations department is the core of our production’s success. The Team Lead is required work under the authority of directives handed down by the Operations Leader. Team Leads must follow all Safety guidelines and standard operating procedures, they will monitor operations/production on their shift, delegate to daily production requirements to Operators, assist in unloading raw materials and loading finished goods.
What you need to Succeed:
The Team lead must be willing to perform tasks outside of this description such as general housekeeping, sanitary work, routine equipment maintenance, and data entry. Shift leads, must possess basic computer knowledge including the use of Microsoft, Office, Excel. Exchange, e-mail, and MS word formats.
Minimum Requirements:
• Ability to perform essential duties.
• Minimum of 1 year in related field of production.
• Ability to read write and understand the English language.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to participate in classes/ courses to further education in certain areas.
